The purpose of the Project Initiation Document is to define the project, in order to form the basis for its management and assessment.
You can define your project with every detail such as project objectives, project scope, roles and responsibilities and any similar details.
With the Project Initiation Document you can manage risks, communication and changes within your projects. This document can easily be customised to your special needs if required. You can follow up on the document revisions with the Document Revision History page and update it when you need.
This document will be an important part of your project management process and will help you manage projects smoothly. From a project management perspective, it needs to be available in a documented format and communicated to all relevant stakeholders for each managed project.
In addition to the Project Initiation Document, we also have a Project Issue Log and Project Risk Log available to enrich your project management process.
This document can be purchased individually or as part of a package. If you are implementing a project management system, then our project management package might be more cost effective.
We have also management system packages that cover a combination of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001. However, additional standards can easily be included if needed.
